TSMC has successfully set up manufacturing facilities across the globe, including in the United States, Japan, Germany, and mainland China. In the third quarter alone, the company received NT$4.77 billion in government subsidies. Cumulatively, for the first three quarters of the current year, TSMC has garnered NT$71.898 billion in subsidies. This brings the total amount of government subsidies received over the past two years to a staggering NT$147 billion.
