On November 11, the three key A-share indices commenced trading with a collective upward trend. The Shanghai Composite Index kicked off the day 0.13% higher, while the Shenzhen Component Index opened up 0.36%. The ChiNext Index also got off to a strong start, climbing 0.58%.
The semiconductor and optical module sectors emerged as the frontrunners in terms of gains. Lapex Technology stood out, soaring by over 16%. Meanwhile, Sungrow Power Supply and Dongshan Precision also witnessed significant upward movements, both rising more than 3%.
On the flip side, the lithium battery and ice-snow tourism sectors faced notable downturns. Jiangsu Huasheng New Material Technology took a significant hit, plummeting by over 5%. Tianci Materials and Dalian Shengya were not far behind, both declining more than 3%.
