Today, Nanxin Technology (Stock Code: 688484) proudly announced the introduction of its latest automotive-grade, high-end MCU PMIC—the SC6258XQ. This cutting-edge product is designed to deliver efficient and stable power to MCU cores within various automotive systems, including domain controllers, body control modules, powertrains, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

The SC6258XQ has successfully obtained both the ISO26262 ASIL-D functional safety certification and the AEC-Q100 certification. It boasts low quiescent current and high energy efficiency, essential for supporting the diverse and demanding functions of high-end MCUs in automotive applications. Utilizing a high-voltage converter for pre-regulation followed by a low-voltage converter for output target voltage, the SC6258XQ integrates multiple power rails seamlessly. In standby mode, it exhibits an impressively low quiescent current of just 20μA, which increases to a mere 300μA in sleep mode. This significantly reduces energy consumption and contributes to extending the driving range of electric vehicles.

Furthermore, the SC6258XQ incorporates independent analog/digital monitoring modules, configurable window watchdogs, and Q&A watchdogs. It supports dual safety state outputs and offers system-level functionalities such as AMUX (Analog Multiplexer) and external voltage monitoring. Compatible with both international and domestic automotive-grade MCUs, the SC6258XQ presents a high-performance solution with a fully domestic supply chain, catering to the growing demands of automotive intelligence.
