With a total investment of 854 million yuan, Wantong Development has secured a 62.9801% stake in the company. All the necessary procedures for industrial and commercial registration changes and filings have been duly completed, and a fresh business license has been duly obtained. As a result, Wantong Development now stands as the controlling shareholder of Beijing Shudu Information Technology Co., Ltd.
