On September 5, Actions Semi disclosed that its shareholder, Zhuhai Chenyou, intends to offload no more than 875,800 shares (equivalent to 0.5% of the total share capital) via centralized bidding transactions, in order to address its own capital requirements. Currently, Zhuhai Chenyou holds 2,409,400 shares, constituting 1.38% of the total. The execution of the share - reduction plan will commence within three months, starting 15 trading days after the announcement date. During any consecutive 90 - day period, the reduction will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital. Should there be any alterations in the company's share capital during this timeframe, the share - reduction plan will be adjusted accordingly.
