This comprehensive blueprint underscores the necessity of upgrading mobile phones, personal computers, home gateways, audiovisual equipment, servers, and their respective components, while also reinforcing the dependability of peripherals such as printers, copiers, and scanners. Concurrently, the plan highlights the creation of cutting-edge products encompassing new displays, intelligent security solutions, in-vehicle computing systems, smart wearable devices, smart health and elderly care technologies, and smart home appliances. Furthermore, it emphasizes the development of advanced terminal devices, notably high-performance lightweight extended reality (XR) technologies.

The plan fosters innovation in product design, quality enhancement, and the nurturing of premium brands, thereby accelerating the enhancement of supply capabilities for next-generation equipment. Critically, it mandates technological breakthroughs in 5G/6G key components, chips, and modules, underscoring the importance of strengthening 6G technological reserves to pave the way for future communications advancements.
