The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration for Market Regulation have collaboratively issued the Action Plan for Sustainable Growth of the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry spanning from 2025 to 2026. This plan outlines several pivotal objectives:

• From 2025 to 2026, the average annual growth rate of added value for the computer, communication, and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries, above a specified size, is anticipated to reach approximately 7%.
• When including lithium batteries, photovoltaic, component manufacturing, and related fields, the annual average revenue growth rate of the electronic information manufacturing industry is projected to exceed 5%.
• By 2026, the industry aims to maintain its top position in revenue scale and export proportion among the 41 major industrial categories. Specifically, the revenue of the electronic information manufacturing industry in five provinces is expected to surpass trillion yuan, the server industry scale to exceed 400 billion yuan, and the penetration rate of color TVs with a screen size of 75 inches or larger to surpass 40% in the domestic market.
• Furthermore, personal computers and mobile phones will evolve towards intelligence and high-end functionalities.
