The Hongqiao International Central Business District has unveiled an ambitious action plan aimed at fostering a constellation of 10 billion-scale live e-commerce hubs by 2026, while nurturing and aggregating prominent live streaming platforms and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs). This comprehensive strategy incorporates the establishment of a robust talent development and assessment framework tailored to the live streaming economy, fostering its international expansion. Key initiatives encompass the construction of a global exhibition live streaming center, the creation of a dedicated live streaming economy service hub, the development of "live streaming + industry" themed bases, and the enhancement of infrastructure support for live streaming activities. To materialize these objectives, a meticulously designed suite of 15 specific tasks will be meticulously executed.
