On July 31, the Cyberspace Administration of China announced that artificial intelligence (AI) is now extensively serving users through a multitude of platforms, including webpages, mobile applications, API interfaces, and both local and cloud-based service deployments. According to the latest statistics, the number of individual users registered for these large-scale AI model applications has soared past 3.1 billion, with more than 159 million users actively engaging through API calls.
