Shanghai has unveiled the "Measures for Further Expanding the Application of Artificial Intelligence," which entails issuing RMB 300 million in model vouchers. These vouchers are designed to offer subsidies of up to 50%, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 5 million, to enterprises that utilize third-party large model APIs or private deployments. Furthermore, an additional RMB 100 million in corpus vouchers will be allocated to support enterprises in acquiring high-quality corpora. These vouchers provide procurement subsidies of up to 30%, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 5 million, to enterprises purchasing corpora from non-affiliated parties.
