During the AGI Playground 2025 conference, Luo Yonghao disclosed that his nascent venture, Thin Red Line, had conducted exhaustive research and development, concluding that the commercialization of AR glasses is unlikely within the next decade due to their exorbitant costs. Consequently, the company pivoted to a holistic AI software and hardware solution. However, the rollout was necessitated to be postponed owing to unforeseen software challenges. Presently, Thin Red Line anticipates launching a pure software solution within the next two to three months. Luo Yonghao emphasized that detailed product information would remain under wraps until the official release.
