During the opening ceremony of the Lujiazui Forum, Shanghai and Hong Kong jointly signed the "Action Plan for the Collaborative Development of the Shanghai-Hong Kong International Financial Centers." This plan delineates six key areas of cooperation, including the interconnectivity of financial markets and innovation in cross-border financial services. Emphasizing infrastructure integration and the collaborative development of a financial product service system, it outlines 38 concrete measures designed to strengthen financial ties between the two cities and amplify their voice and influence within the global financial landscape.
