Hongxin Electronics has recently expanded its technological footprint with the establishment of three new subsidiaries in Xiamen: Xiamen Suihong Lingxi, Zhichao, and Lingzhi Technology. Each of these companies is led by Mao Yan as its legal representative and boasts a registered capital of 10 million yuan. These entities are wholly-owned by Hongxin Electronics through its subsidiary, Shanghai Suihong Huachuang. While the precise business areas of these subsidiaries have yet to be made public, it is anticipated that they will focus on information technology. Strategically located in the third phase of the Software Park within the Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone, each of the three companies, Xiamen Suihong Lingxi, Zhichao, and Lingzhi Technology, enjoys its own independent office space.
