Ant Group has launched its 'Plan A' initiative aimed at attracting top AI master's and PhD graduates from around the world to bolster its research and development capabilities in the domain of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). The program's inaugural presentation was a resounding success at the ICLR 2025 summit held in Singapore. According to He Zhengyu, CTO of Ant Group, the company is steadfast in its commitment to investing in AGI technology and addressing the challenge of AI accessibility. He emphasized that for top talents, there is only 'Plan A' – no Plan B. Through this initiative, Ant Group will offer bespoke training programs, a high degree of research autonomy, and ample GPU resources to the selected candidates.
