As per a draft copy obtained by The Washington Post, the order stipulates the necessity for developing training programs aimed at enhancing students' AI application skills and fosters partnerships between educational institutions and businesses to execute related educational initiatives. Education Secretary Linda McMahon will be tasked with ensuring that federal funds are prioritized for training teachers and administrators in the application of AI and its seamless integration across all subject areas. Additionally, the U.S. government will establish an AI Education Working Group to encourage collaboration between federal agencies and the private sector, with the aim of equipping students with fundamental AI literacy and critical thinking abilities.
