A recent study published in the journal Science Advances reveals a groundbreaking achievement by a collaborative team from the University of Innsbruck in Austria and the Institute of Photonic Sciences in Barcelona, Spain. For the first time, the researchers have confirmed the creation of quantum superposition states at an unprecedented high temperature of nearly 1.8 Kelvin, dispensing with the need for ultra-low temperature conditions.
