On April 16, Shanghai's Xuhui District introduced six AI-powered urban governance scenarios, encompassing urban infrastructure, safety management, and industrial services. These scenarios integrate advanced technologies such as large AI models, blockchain, and digital twins. Concurrently, the district government launched a top talent recruitment program for five key sectors, seeking innovative solutions for quantum urban governance from global experts. On the same day, the Xuhui District Government signed strategic agreements with ten leading companies, including Tencent Cloud DataChain Technology and Shangjia Information Technology, to strengthen collaboration in digital twins, blockchain, and large AI models. The inaugural batch of signatories spans the entire AI technology research and development chain, computational power support, and blockchain, with the potential to catalyze over RMB 2 billion in related industrial investments.
