Tianjin has released the "Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating AI Innovation Development (2025-2027) (Draft for Public Consultation)" to gather public feedback. The plan underscores the intensification of research and development (R&D) in core algorithm technologies, specifically advancing studies in cutting-edge foundational theories like natural language processing, machine vision, deep learning, perception algorithms, and large model training frameworks. It also prioritizes the development of data security, model security, and application security technologies. Concurrently, the plan aims to fortify Tianjin's technological prowess in brain-computer interaction (BCI) and propel the R&D and deployment of related technologies. Moreover, the plan emphasizes fostering applied technology research by supporting the R&D and application of multi-modal large models, vertical large models, and lightweight models, while encouraging secondary development leveraging open-source algorithms like DeepSeek. Additionally, the plan endorses the R&D of scenario-specific application technologies in domains encompassing human-machine collaboration, autonomous driving, vehicle-road coordination, drone swarm intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, and blockchain.
