According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, in the first half of 2026, the market size of full-stack AI cloud services in China reached RMB 58.13 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 123.8%. Among them, Alibaba Cloud ranked first with a 42% market share, surpassing the combined share of the second to fourth place providers and more than double that of the second-place provider. Volcano Engine, Baidu Intelligent Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and SenseTime ranked second to fifth, respectively.
