Oracle is set to introduce cloud services based on Cerebras Systems Inc. computers in its data centers, marking another new customer acquisition for Cerebras, an emerging company challenging Nvidia's dominance in the AI hardware sector. Cerebras' computers feature a unique design, with their massive chips occupying entire silicon wafers instead of being divided into multiple processors. Cerebras claims that this design enables its products to deliver efficient results for artificial intelligence queries at speeds far exceeding those of its competitors. The two companies announced on Tuesday that Oracle Cloud Infrastructure plans to deploy these devices starting in the first half of 2027.
