On October 26, at the AI WAVE event, Zhiyuan proudly introduced the Elf G2 Max, a groundbreaking, safety-compliant heavy-duty embodied robot. This innovative robot stands out in the industry as a pioneer, designed for long-duration, multi-task operations. The Elf G2 Max features an impressive single-arm load capacity of 20kg and a dual-arm peak load capacity of 50kg. Moreover, it achieves an arm repeatability positioning accuracy of ≤±0.5mm, striking a perfect balance between heavy lifting and precision tasks.

Presently, the G2 Max has undergone rigorous validation and has been successfully deployed on the production lines of several prominent companies in the daily chemical, fast-moving consumer goods, e-commerce, and food sectors. It efficiently handles a variety of tasks, including palletizing/depalletizing, box opening and feeding, empty box recycling, and warehousing.

On the Qiyuan T1 production line at Huguang's robot manufacturing facility, the G2 Max seamlessly integrates with the line's production pace, assembling one robot every 2.5 minutes. This remarkable feat not only enhances production efficiency but also brings the concept of 'robots building robots' to life, marking a significant milestone in the field of robotics.
