Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun Presides Over Routine Press Briefing. During the briefing, a journalist inquired about China's perspective on the significance of capacity building in the realm of global governance, particularly in the wake of the unveiling of the 'Progress Report on the Inclusive Blueprint for AI Capacity Building' at the Global Governance Forum (Xiong'an). In response, Guo Jiakun highlighted that China has indeed published the pertinent report and, with an eye toward the future, extends a cordial welcome to additional countries to become members of the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization. The aim is to collectively chart courses for international collaboration in AI capacity building and foster an inclusive and mutually beneficial evolution of global AI through tangible initiatives.
