On October 24, the 'Blue Book on Internet Advertising Governance in the AIGC Era' made its debut at the 33rd China International Advertising Festival. The advent of AIGC technology, while boosting efficiency, has also ushered in heightened risks. For instance, black and gray industries exploit AI to churn out highly realistic content on a massive scale and fabricate authoritative endorsements, rendering manual reviews increasingly ineffective. To counter these challenges, the Blue Book advocates for a governance strategy that encompasses the entire advertising delivery process. It categorizes risks into four distinct types: content violations, technical confrontations, transaction chains, and emerging scenarios, and puts forward recommendations from eight different perspectives. Among these strategies, the concept of 'governing AI with AI' stands out as a pivotal approach. This method leverages multimodal large models to process images, text, and sound simultaneously, enabling a comprehensive understanding of both surface meanings and contextual connections to identify violations accurately. Xiao Tao, Head of Commercial Security Content Safety Strategy at Massive Engine (Juliang Engine), highlighted that with the backing of an intelligent review system, 90% of content can be vetted within 10 minutes, marking a 75% improvement in efficiency.
