This involves setting assessment criteria for distribution platforms, constructing a world-class token distribution and exchange platform, enhancing interoperability across diverse models, modalities, and computing platforms, offering comprehensive support services for developers, and formulating objective and equitable token performance metrics. These metrics will serve as benchmarks for market pricing and intelligent routing decisions.
