Zhiyuan has established a profound partnership with Wuhan Culture & Tourism Group and Zhongyun Weixun to co-develop the world’s inaugural full-scale, bipedal humanoid robot smart retail kiosk. The Yuanzheng A3 Ultra full-scale humanoid robot has been deployed for practical commercial use at the 'Jiangyu' Bridge Pier Film Campground, situated along the Hankou Riverside. By October 19, the robot had been in steady operation for 18 consecutive days, providing services for 8 hours each day, perfectly timed to coincide with the bustling nighttime tourist activity at the riverside. It has adeptly fulfilled 827 orders, boasting an overall grasping success rate surpassing 97%. During the peak visitor influx this weekend, the robot managed to process over 100 orders in a single day, attaining a flawless 100% grasping success rate.
