On October 14, during the KOSMO global launch event, Hesai Technology officially unveiled its KOSMO series products. This lineup includes the AI spatial camera, Kosmo One, and the AI-powered cloud platform, Kosmo World. With this launch, Hesai announced its strategic shift from being merely a LiDAR supplier to evolving into a comprehensive full-stack infrastructure platform tailored for physical AI applications. Kosmo One seamlessly integrates LiDAR technology, an 8K imaging system, and a high-precision IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). This integration empowers it to scan a 100-square-meter area in just 15 minutes, producing high-quality three-dimensional data. Subsequently, Kosmo World transforms this raw data into intelligent spaces that are trainable by AI, paving the way for diverse applications in fields such as robot simulation training and film and television production. Additionally, Hesai revealed its two core strategic layouts for the first time: the robot motion engine and the 3D world data engine. The company also entered into strategic cooperation agreements with industry leaders, including Galaxy General Robotics and Yuanli Lingji.
