On October 15, news emerged that from October 13 to 16, the third plenary session of the International Telecommunication Union's (ITU-T) Telecommunication Standardization Sector's Focal Group on Embodied Artificial Intelligence Standards convened in Hangzhou. This event marked a significant milestone as it was the inaugural plenary meeting held by the Focal Group outside its Geneva headquarters since its inception in February of this year. The gathering drew the participation of close to 400 experts hailing from 43 countries, encompassing prominent nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and South Korea.
