The Singapore Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) has established a task force to bolster defenses against AI-enabled cyber threats, as part of a new initiative to enhance the safety and resilience of AI. The task force will serve as a collaborative platform to strengthen industry resilience and plans to release a report in the first half of 2027, proposing practical guidelines and best practices. Additionally, IMDA has introduced a starter kit and an AI tester certification program to test the security and reliability of agent systems.
