On October 13th, a significant step was taken in enhancing border security as Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang) and the government of Dehong Prefecture in Yunnan Province entered into a cooperation framework agreement. This agreement aims to empower border patrols through the innovative use of embodied intelligence. Concurrently, the National Pilot Testing Base for Artificial Intelligence Applications (Embodied Intelligence) forged cooperation pacts with the local governments of Ruili City, within Dehong Prefecture, and Zhenkang County, situated in Lincang City. These agreements are geared towards advancing the pilot construction projects that focus on integrating embodied intelligence into border patrol operations.
In accordance with these agreements, all involved parties are set to capitalize on the technological prowess of the National Pilot Testing Base for Artificial Intelligence Applications (Embodied Intelligence). They will seamlessly blend these advanced technologies with real-world border patrol scenarios. Adopting a phased approach—starting with pilot projects and gradually expanding their scope—the collaborators aim to facilitate the widespread adoption of embodied intelligence technologies in border patrol activities. This will be achieved through the pooling of resources, expertise, and efforts, ensuring a synergistic and effective enhancement of border security measures.
