Accenture has announced the acquisition of Sagacity, a UK-based data and customer insights company, to enhance its AI-driven customer service capabilities in the UK and Ireland. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in London, Sagacity specializes in data analysis and customer insights. This acquisition will bring over 140 professionals to Accenture, strengthening its delivery capabilities in strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
