Following the event's conclusion, the National Speed Skating Oval, affectionately dubbed the 'Ice Ribbon,' is set to undergo a transformation into a permanent hub for competition and training, serving all participating teams on a daily basis. Moreover, a cutting-edge, 3,000-square-meter scenario-specific training facility will be erected, offering a consistent training ground for enterprises and research institutions alike.
Spanning a total area of 7,000 square meters, the permanent competition and training base is designed to house over 1,500 robots in a centralized storage system. It boasts a charging zone, storage area, maintenance bay, and a professional training field. The charging zone is outfitted with 200 charging cabinets, capable of simultaneously juicing up no fewer than 1,200 batteries, complete with independent charging stations for added convenience.
The storage area is thoughtfully divided into public and exclusive zones, ensuring ample space to accommodate all participating robots concurrently. The maintenance bay is equipped with 24 repair stations, providing testing environments and lending services for commonly used maintenance tools, ensuring robots are always in top-notch condition.
The professional training field has been bustling with activity for 30 days, hosting close to 1,000 training sessions. This ensures that robots receive ample pre-competition practical training for events such as scenario-based challenges and obstacle races, honing their skills to perfection.
Furthermore, the base has pioneered an embodied intelligent robot management platform. This platform monitors crucial operational data, including joint temperatures, motion status, and battery levels, through dedicated communication links. It enables seamless, unified management of robots across various brands and models, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
