Recent reports indicate that OpenAI has been on a talent-hunting spree, particularly targeting professionals from Salesforce, with the aim of bolstering its efforts to market AI products to major corporations. Nevertheless, a notable trend has emerged where several sales experts have opted to rejoin Salesforce, further intensifying the turnover within OpenAI's corporate sales division. One such individual is Peter Doolan, the ex-Chief Customer Officer of Slack (a communication platform under the Salesforce umbrella), who embarked on a new journey with OpenAI in April of this year but has now elected to return to his former employer, Salesforce. Moreover, Kaylin Voss, who oversaw OpenAI's sales operations across the Americas until last week, has also made the decision to depart and re-enter the Salesforce fold.
