According to two sources familiar with the matter, Anthropic's investment banking team has indicated to potential investors that it plans to raise over $100 billion in its initial public offering, with the company's valuation expected to reach $2 trillion. If successful, this five-year-old company will set the record for the largest IPO in history, surpassing Elon Musk's SpaceX. SpaceX went public in June with a valuation of $1.77 trillion and raised $85.7 billion. For Anthropic, this would represent a significant leap, as the company was valued at $900 billion in private funding this year and has already submitted its listing application in June.
