Specifically, the computing power infrastructure has been substantially fortified. China has successfully launched its first AI supercomputing cluster, entirely domestically produced and boasting 100,000 cards, which is now operational. By the end of June, the national scale of intelligent computing power had surged to 2.8 times that of the corresponding period in the previous year.
Moreover, there has been a notable enhancement in model capabilities. Domestic enterprises, exemplified by DeepSeek and Moonshot AI, have unveiled multiple open-source large-scale models with trillion-level parameters. The global download count for domestically produced large models has surpassed 10 billion, and their compatibility with domestically produced computing power chips has been expedited.
Furthermore, the flow of elements within the AI ecosystem has become increasingly dynamic. Over 120,000 high-quality datasets have been established, fostering a virtuous cycle among computing power, models, and data. Through collaborative efforts among multiple stakeholders, artificial intelligence has emerged as a novel and potent driving force for economic growth, with related industries sustaining high growth rates exceeding 30%.
