NVIDIA and SK Group announced today that they will expand their strategic collaboration in the fields of AI factories and next-generation memory, planning to establish a comprehensive partnership exceeding $500 billion to meet the demand for AI infrastructure development amid soaring global computing needs. The two sides have signed a letter of intent, with the collaboration covering AI factory construction and AI memory supply. Specifically, SK Telecom will be responsible for constructing a 2-gigawatt NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI factory. Meanwhile, NVIDIA and SK Hynix will establish a long-term partnership to jointly secure and develop next-generation AI memory, including HBM. The two sides will work together to optimize AI memory solutions to meet evolving infrastructure demands, such as large language model training, agent AI, and physical AI.
