Recently, the National Energy Administration rolled out the inaugural batch of 51 high-potential 'AI Plus' energy use cases, covering eight key sectors such as power grids, renewable energy, hydropower, and thermal power. Within the hydropower domain, seven high-potential use cases were identified. These include intelligent safety oversight with transparent visualization for sizable hydropower projects in plateau areas, as well as smart dispatching and decision-making for river basin hydropower networks, among others.
