Anthropic, Blackstone, and Hellman & Friedman have collaborated to establish an independently operated AI services company, Ode with Anthropic (referred to as Ode for short). Built on the foundation of Fractional AI, acquired in May 2026, the company's core team consists of the original Fractional AI team and engineers from Anthropic, with Chris Taylor serving as CEO and Eddie Siegel as CTO. In addition to the founding partners, institutions such as Goldman Sachs and General Atlantic have also joined its investor consortium. Ode will integrate Anthropic's advanced AI models, professional teams, and investor resources to help enterprises implement AI technology, drive business innovation, expand Anthropic's partner network, and promote the practical application of the Claude model.
