This period was marked by an accelerated transformation driven by innovation, alongside consistent enhancements in both quality and efficiency. The consumption sector demonstrated robust growth momentum, while investment in high-tech domains—such as artificial intelligence—soared, with capital expenditure surging by 118.4% compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the winning bid amounts for digital infrastructure projects, particularly in areas related to computing power, witnessed a year-on-year increase of 23.0%.
