On June 28 (local time), Elon Musk revealed that SpaceXAI's newest flagship model, Grok 4.5, has commenced a restricted private preview test within SpaceX and Tesla. Constructed on the foundation of the V9 model boasting 1.5 trillion parameters, this model integrates data from the AI programming tool, Cursor, into its supplementary training regimen. Preliminary internal assessments suggest that Grok 4.5's intelligence is on par with that of the Claude Opus series models. Subsequently, on July 8 (local time), Musk declared that, owing to the "overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers" during the beta testing phase, Grok 4.5 will be officially rolled out to the general public on July 9.
