In June 2026, SIASUN New Robot Co., Ltd. completed a Series A+ equity financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan, co-led by Hongtai Fund and CDH Bailu Fund, with participation from Chengtong Fund, Dazhong Juding, Guangzhou Suyuan, and others, along with additional investment from existing shareholder Dongjun Capital. SIASUN New Robot, originating from the SIASUN system under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was established in 2014 and independently spun off in 2023. It is a leading player in embodied intelligent robots for industrial scenarios.
