Designed to tackle the challenge of fragmented medical information, this model has achieved a groundbreaking feat by securing the top spot across all three categories of the HealthBench benchmark—including its Hard and Professional versions—with an impressive overall score of 68.6. This score places it over 10 points ahead of the second-ranked model, while maintaining an exceptionally low factual hallucination rate of just 3.3%.

M4 stands out for its enhanced capabilities in four key areas: proactive inquiry, disease progression tracking, evidence-based traceability, and intelligent task scheduling. Notably, it boasts a comprehensive disease progression memory function, ensuring that evidence-based citation accuracy reaches an outstanding 90.0%.
