On June 18, 2026, Insta360 Innovation made an announcement stating that its fully-owned subsidiary, Yilu Gaofei, has plans to collaborate with partners like Shenzhen Ruihong to establish the Shenzhen Fengrui Yingjia Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership). Yilu Gaofei will act as a limited partner and contribute 100 million yuan, which will constitute 27.50% of the total contributions. The primary investment focus of the fund will be on next-generation information technology. The investment period will span 4 years from the fund's first closing date. After the investment period ends, the exit period will commence on the following day and continue until the partnership's duration expires.
