The Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with eight other departments, has unveiled implementation guidelines aimed at expediting the growth of 'AI + Consumption'. These guidelines outline that enhanced financial and various other support measures will be instituted, tapping into existing funding avenues to foster the integration of AI technology within the consumer market. Initiatives will be launched to implement policies facilitating the acquisition of cutting-edge digital and intelligent products. Local governments are encouraged to devise their own subsidy schemes as part of the consumer goods trade-in program, with particular emphasis on fostering the uptake of next-generation smart devices. Concurrently, fiscal subsidy policies for personal consumer loans will be harnessed to assist consumers in procuring AI-related products. Financial institutions are urged to create pertinent financial offerings and services tailored to the consumer demand for AI products. Additionally, the national AI industry investment fund will be strategically employed to propel the advancement of 'AI + Consumption'.
