During the period from January to May in 2026, the Export-Import Bank of China (China Eximbank) issued a substantial 490 billion yuan in new loans to the foreign trade sector. Nearly 40% of these funds were earmarked to bolster the key pillars of stable foreign trade and industrial chains.
