As artificial intelligence advances at a breakneck pace, the need for data centers and associated infrastructure has skyrocketed. Google, operating under the Alphabet umbrella, is ramping up its investment in technical talent across the United States. On Thursday (local time), Alphabet's CEO, Sundar Pichai, declared that Google would allocate an additional $50 million to facilitate the entry of over 300,000 Americans from more than 20 states into the tech sector. Google clarified that this fresh investment is a component of a broader initiative. Since 2022, Google has poured over $1 billion worldwide into training and skill development programs, aiding more than 100 million individuals in acquiring digital and AI-related competencies.
