The KKR Group, Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA, and Vistra have joined forces to establish Helix Digital Infrastructure Company, dedicated to building supporting infrastructure for large artificial intelligence cloud service providers. KKR revealed on Thursday that Helix will comprehensively meet the needs of large cloud service providers in terms of data centers, power, network connectivity, and more. Currently, Helix has secured over $10 billion in long-term funding commitments. After the initial round of funding is in place, Helix will continue to attract other institutional investors to join. Among them, NVIDIA will assist in deploying infrastructure tailored to its DSX AI factories, while energy company Vistra will be responsible for power supply.
