Kingsoft Office has officially rolled out WPS Notes, an AI-driven multimodal note-taking application. Geared towards personal knowledge management, this application allows for the input of multimodal information, including voice, images, text, and web pages. By leveraging AI technology, it seamlessly integrates every step from note-taking to repurposing. Its core functions are highlighted in five key areas: multimodal information input, image semantic comprehension and intelligent audio processing, multi-tiered AI automatic tag categorization, universal multimodal search capabilities, and integration with WPS Lingxi and MCP interfaces. These features enable users to gain a proactive understanding of information and manage it efficiently, providing a user experience where one can "take notes freely and stay organized with ease." Since its beta release in March this year, the product has drawn in over ten thousand participants, with more than 4,000 users offering ongoing feedback and engaging in co-creation efforts.
