Septwolves has recently made an announcement stating that, in its role as a limited partner, it has entered into the 'Limited Partnership Agreement of Shanghai Yunfeng Yuanchuang Private Equity Fund Center (Limited Partnership)' with the general partner, Shanghai Qipeng Investment Management Co., Ltd. The fund's total target subscribed capital commitment stands at a minimum of 3 billion RMB, with Septwolves earmarking 100 million RMB for investment, constituting 3.33% of the total. The fund will predominantly channel its investments into pivotal sectors such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, intelligent terminals, robotics, advanced manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biopharmaceuticals, and medical technology, along with associated projects that can either benefit from or enhance these domains.
