On May 25, 2026, Jardine Matheson Holdings announced that it has agreed to acquire Australian diagnostic imaging service provider I-MED Radiology Network from private equity firm Permira in an all-cash transaction worth US$2.4 billion. This acquisition includes I-MED's minority stake in radiology artificial intelligence solutions company Harrison.ai. I-MED operates 215 diagnostic imaging clinics across Australia and New Zealand, providing over 7 million examinations annually to patients, and also conducts teleradiology operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, pending approval from relevant regulatory authorities.
