Microsoft plans to introduce six new features for the new version of Outlook and Outlook Classic in May 2026, including automatic calendar mapping, bulk calendar selection, and Copilot AI insights. The new version of Outlook has already launched the automatic calendar mapping feature and added a display of team members' calendars in the left navigation bar. The web-based calendar management now includes a non-consecutive date selection function, email handling supports multiple sorting dimensions, and calendar events can be saved as .ics files. The classic version of Outlook has updated the Copilot feature. All features are expected to be rolled out gradually before the end of this month, with some features possibly delayed.
